Experienced and versatile 4 to 10 piece band with a huge repertoire of floor fillers covering 7 decades to suit most audiences, and a flexible, friendly approach.
Lead vocalist, Debbie Boyd, has performed leading roles in a number of UK and European tours of shows such as the 80s Rock and Pop musical show, 'What A Feeling!' (where she starred alongside Gwen Dickey of Rose Royce, the original singer of the hit classic 'Car Wash' and Limahl of Kajagoogoo, taking over the role initially played by 80s icon Sonia) and 'Legends of Country' (where she played the dual roles of Shania Twain and LeAnn Rimes). She's a seasoned professional with a fantastic voice and a wealth of experience in entertaining an audience!
The Debbie Boyd Band has played for over 15 years at countless weddings and private parties, and their corporate clients include Harrods, Radisson SAS, Ferrari Owners Club, Jaguar, Range Rover, Lloyds TSB, Sir Bobby Robson, BT, Bank of Scotland, Tesco, Price Bailey Accountants, SLP Engineering, Powergen, Amec and many more.
Optional extras include DJ service, horn section, additional lead vocalists, jazz duo/trio for arrival drinks, Scottish Ceilidh and Jewish traditional music.
They're fully self contained with all sound and lighting equipment (including dancefloor effects lighting and optional haze) and can provide a handheld radio mic for speeches, if required. They're also very happy to include requests from their playlist and learn a special song to play for your wedding first dance.
