Introducing The D & F Duo, a midlands-based guitar driven covers act made up of Joel Darkes and Darius Franklin. Boasting a wide range of repertoire spanning across the modern decades, they guarantee something for everyone. You will be blown away as they seamlessly combine songs into completely unique medleys. From start to finish, their dynamic show will keep you guessing as they traverse between upbeat and lively party classics to laid back melodic ambient renditions.
Joel & Darius have been fortunate enough to have graced the stages at various prestigious venues and events. To name a few, Silverstone F1 Grand Prix, Titanic Hotel Nightclub Antalya, Villa Park, Grosvenor House in Mayfair, The Peligoni Club in Zakynthos, multiple Alton Towers residencies, both the Birmingham ICC & Symphony Hall, to name a few.
They have their own PA sound system that is fully PAT tested as well as Public Liability Insurance of claims upto £5M.
A DJ service (fees negotiable) is also available. This includes music prior to the performance, within the breaks and after the live performance.

We have been performing for well over 10 years across all types of events. We have racked up over a thousand performances during our career.
We enjoy playing all kinds of events but if there had to be a favourite, it would be weddings. Everyone is always in a great mood and it's always an amazing experience.
We specialise in earlier play times, typically that of a drinks reception at a wedding.
We normally play 2x45 minute sets but 2x60 minute sets are also common. Both are available.
Playing outside is absolutely fine, all we would need is access to power.
Yes, we are open to suggestions and requests.
