Percussion is the foundation of any song or musical experience. The ability to add textures and beats is more sophisticated than just using an electronic drum machine. It takes an intimate understanding of the broad spectrum of music as a whole.
Danny is a full-time Session Drummer, he grew up in the musical circle of Canary Island surrounded by the country’s extraordinary rich mixture of musical genres. Danny began working professionally at the age of 11 and over 500 gigs over he’s shoulders has never looked back.
Choosing to then expand his horizons, Danny moved to the epicentre of Europe’s music scene and made London his home. As a true session musician, Danny works in a number of environments. From acts such as Cuan Durkin (+25k followers), Alus (+200k followers), Zack Fowler, Luchi, and Sebastian Mayor, to function bands all over the UK, his sticks are like an extension of Danny’s personality. He also works as a sound engineer and Mastering engineer, adding more strings to his bow and understanding of the music from multiple perspectives.
No matter the circumstance, place or time, you can bet that the syncopated and dynamic work of Danny sits in a very exclusive space. When you engage his services there is no doubt that he delivers that touch of class that everyone needs. Watch him in full flight as he feeds off his drums and lifts every event.
Danny is a very active person who loves discovering in general, from practicing new sports to find out the latest news about the cosmos. One of Danny favourite is to laugh making he’s way to comedy shows and stand up very often for a good boost of dopamine and some cheek aches out of laughter.
All of my efforts and ambitions lead back to one goal which is to become an in-demand instrumentalist, Engineer and Creative in London music industry and beyond.
My own life goal is to play and create great music, with great musicians, in great places.
