Many years of Piping experience, both in the British army and after in civilian life. Pipe Major Gatwick Caledonian Pipe Band, and before that Pipe Major of the prestigious British Airways Pipe Band. Whilst Pipe Major of British Airways Pipe Band besides being very successful in Band competitions, travelled the World performing with the band, and also many solo Performances in Zambia, Malawi, Cairo, Venezuela, Italy, Spain, Manila, and many more.

Taken part in numerous Tattoo's across the world, including Edinburgh, Berlin, Moscow, Basle, Paris and far eastern Russia. Having appeared on Radio and a number of TV and Film performances, the most recent being in the Christmas Special of "Call the Midwife" Last year.

In more recent times I instruct and teach both adults and children.
