With our BRASSMIX Standard package we can perform acoustically both roaming and stationary. If you book our BRASSMIX Live package, we have a PA and FX pedals that we can use stationary, or mix-and-match with some acoustic roaming performances that transition to a stage set.
If you are booking our BRASSMIX Live package, then we need approximately 60 minutes to set our PA and lighting rig before we perform, and 30-minutes after we have finished to derig. We would also need safe access to power (4 x 230V plugs within 10m of the performance area).
Our rider (what you, the client, provide) is unlimited free soft drinks, food for our team (this can be sandwiches or buffet food or a guest meal) and a dry storage room/area for cases and to get changed.

Our BRASSMIX Live package includes a small PA and limited lights.
If you upgrade to BRASSMIX Events we bring a DJ, full PA and lights.

We need to know where it is and any extra info regarding access.
We require two parking spaces and easy access to a loading bay next to the venue.
If we are a surprise, then we would need a prescribed route to enter the venue to avoid guests.
If we are parading at your party then we need a route that has good conditions underfoot and minimal stairs; these can be negotiated but will need to be checked before we perform due to health and safety requirements.

BRASSMIX Live Package includes background music. You can upgrade for +£200 for PA until midnight or book BRASSMIX Events for full DJ service.

Our pricing is designed to be able to offer the most competitive pricing for you, the consumer, whilst still providing a fair wage to our musicians. Consequently, our pricing is streamlined, with our travel charges reflecting fuel costs, tolls and zoned charges, parking and the additional time required to travel long distances.
Travel costs are always calculated on a case-by-case basis and occasionally we might be able to offer a discount if we are already in the same region as your event. We will always give these in your quote.

Once you've sent an enquiry (with a date, venue and package/requests), a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible and let you know if the band is available and provide you with a quote (we'll always inform you if there are multiple enquiries for a single date).
Once you're happy with the quote and would like to book, we send you a contract for you to sign and the date is held on our side awaiting your signature.
Once we've received the signed contract and 25% deposit the date is yours! You'll receive periodic updates from us in the run-up to your event, but you can have the peace of mind that everything is set and we'll be there!
If anything were to change, please notify as soon as possible as there may be a need to update the contract.

We have two booking slots, afternoons (1.30pm - 4pm) and evenings (7.30pm - 10pm).
If you would like us to perform outside of these allotted time slots, then this is subject to negotiation on a case-by-case basis (we charge an extra £200/hour for pre-booked overtime).
If your event overruns we will always try to accommodate your rescheduling on-the-fly, but please note that we have the right to leave at our contracted finish time. If we can accommodate a later finish time, then this is charged at £400/hour emergency overtime.

Yes, we can, but please be aware we can't play in the rain!
If you have booked our BRASSMIX Live package to perform outside, then this will require suitable cover from the elements, and safe access to power from either covered plug sockets, a generator or a dry indoor area.

If you book our BRASSMIX Live package, then your guests can request songs live through a QR code. Please note we have a limited repertoire list and can't make stuff up on-the-fly!
