Brad is a skilful, energetic musician who has been playing the bagpipes from a very young age. Originally he was a Premier Highland Dancer competing at national level and took to the pipes through love of the Scottish tradition. He has played the piano since the age of 4 attaining distinction at grade 8 and used his musical knowledge and capability to become an accomplished solo piper. He attended The College of Piping in Glasgow to develop his musicianship and repertoire.
He can play a wide range of traditional songs both well known and more unique at your request. He will happily and quickly learn any song suitable for the bagpipes that you would like, modern or traditional.
He has had the honor of performing on National television and for National Pop Star Emeli Sande. Alongside this he has played a multitude of weddings both traditional and themed all across Scotland. He will also play for family funerals, large corporate events, burns nights as well as any other family celebrations such as birthdays and anniversaries.
Brad has three tartans, Menzies of Monteith, The National Pride (A unique line from McCalls) and the Bennachie tartan from Milsom and Main and can attend in ceremonial dress suitable to your preference.
