Aphrodite Strings were formed in 2008 and are all graduates of The Birmingham Conservatoire and The Guildhall School of Music and Drama. As a quartet they regularly play at weddings and functions throughout the country. Members of the quartet are currently working as freelance educators and orchestral players and have played for The CBSO, English Symphony Orchestra, Sinfonia Viva, Longborough Festival Opera Orchestra, il Divo, Alfie Boe and many others. Our extensive repertoire collection covers all music genres (Classical, Romantic, Pop, Latin, Jazz, Disney and Musical Theatre). We are also able to fulfill any special requests.
