Antlia Music is a professional music service that celebrates the captivating sound of the flute. Much like a traditional string quartet, but with the flute at the helm, Antlia brings your favourite tunes to life with vibrancy and flair.
Founded by Scottish flutist Leila Marshall, Antlia Music offers a wide range of genres, performed with a high level of professionalism and musical artistry. Leila, who earned an MMus with Distinction from the Royal Northern College of Music, had the privilege of studying alongside many talented string players who now make up the talented pool of musicians performing with Antlia.
With a vast repertoire spanning classical favourites like Mozart, contemporary hits from Billie Eilish, Bollywood classics, and much more, Antlia Music ensures that your event is filled with exceptional music that suits your tastes. All arrangements are carefully crafted to the highest standard, and Leila works with clients to tailor the music exactly to their needs.
Having grown up in a musical family and with extensive experience in the wedding industry, Leila knows how to make every event run smoothly and successfully. Choosing Antlia Music means choosing a memorable, seamless musical experience that will elevate any occasion.

All we require on the day are armless chairs for every player and roughly 8 feet x 8 feet for our Quartet.
No sound or lighting equipment required. If you have a very large event we recommend hiring a DJ with the capacity to mic up our ensemble and feed it through the venues speakers.
All we need is the venue name and postcode, and assurance that there will be enough room for us to play.
No.
We're very happy to be able to offer our ensemble as a flute and string trio, which might suit smaller events/ budgets. However we do recommend booking a quartet as there is a larger array of repertoire available and it provides a fuller sound.
