We typically arrive well in advance eg. an hour before the performance to set up then we usually play 2 x 45 minutes sets, but we can play for more or less time.

Yes, shade is preferable generally and a power supply if it is a full PA.

We are happy to learn some new songs, depending on the time it takes to learn them and how far in advance we know about the performance.
