Hello!
I have been playing harp and singing professionally for over 25 years. I started very young as my parents are both musicians so there was and I fell in love with performing as soon as I had my first gig at around age 10.
Originally from California I now live in London where I perform regularly solo as well as with other musicians.
My repertoire consists of various styles from classical, Celtic, contemporary and classic pop, rock and folk as well as originals. I also play guitar and if suitable am able to bring both instruments for a well rounded dynamic performance.
I have a surround sound PA, battery powered amp with mic and instrument capabilities for smaller venues as well as mics and stands so whatever the event may be, I have the sound to help make your event memorable and special.
Available for weddings, memorias/funerals, private parties, corporate events, Christmas and holiday parties, traditional events such as Burns night, St Patricks Day where Celtic music would be a delightful touch as well as harp and guitar lessons.
Happy to answer any questions you might have so please get in touch!
Thank you, Allegra

Yes I do. Not a problem at all.
Glastonbury festival takes the cake! I love the festival culture of the UK and Europe. Another one was the Good Funeral Awards which was the equivalent to the Oscars of the funeral industry. Very entertaining and interesting indeed!
I love so many different styles of music! Artists that have stayed with me for the longest are the Beatles, Bob Dylan, Rolling Stones, The Clash, Billie Holiday, Chavela Vargas, Irma Thomas, Otis Redding, Aretha Franklin, Patti Smith, The Stooges, PJ Harvey, Arcade Fire, Billie Eilish…I could go on and on!
Best song of all time? ‘A Day in the Life’ by the Beatles, ‘Gimme Shelter’ by the Stones
I’ve been playing professionally since I was in high school. I’ve played hundreds of gigs in many cities and countries. Private gigs, concerts and everything in between:)
All sorts of events. I really enjoy working with my clients to curate the most beautiful music for important life events, ceremonies and celebrations.
Yes! absolutely. I have a lovely selection of Bollywood hits I’ve worked into my repertoire and am always learning more and open to requests with enough notice.
I normally arrive an hour before performance to set up and play 45 min sets.
For weddings I play around 20 min as guests are being seated, during the ceremony I play a processional as the bride and wedding party enter, 2 pieces during the signing of the registrar ( clients choice for all music of course) and a recessional as the wedding party exits.
All times are aproxímate and I’m happy to work with the clients for what the event requires. I can be flexible.
Yes! In fact the harp sounds amazing in natural acoustics outside. Especially with a light breeze.
As long as there’s a power supply and some sort of covering as instruments need shade in the sun and shelter from rain.
Absolutely the clients have a say! I’m happy to provide suggestions and clients can pick from my list of songs but as I’m always updating and learning new ones I may know some that aren’t listed.
Also happy to learn specific pieces for special occasions. Especially for weddings if the couple have songs that are special to them.
My clients have described my harp music as soothing, relaxing, enchanting, beautiful and magical. The harp is a very special sound!
