Delyth Jenkins has been described as “one of Wales’s most accomplished and compelling Celtic harpists'.

Delyth has many years' experience of playing the harp at weddings, and is able to advise couples on the choice of music for their wedding ceremony. She also plays at a range of other events, including corporate events, private functions and funerals.

She started her career with the Swansea-based group Cromlech, before going on to form the highly acclaimed instrumental trio Aberjaber. She also has a highly successful solo career. Her latest collaboration is with her daughter Angharad Jenkins, who plays fiddle with the Welsh folk group Calan. They are known affectionately as DnA.

Delyth is also an accomplished composer, and has written music for theatre productions of many plays including Cymbeline, Twelfth Night, Under Milk Wood, and Mother Courage.

Delyth has made twelve CDs to date, both as a soloist and as a member of various groups. She has performed across the UK, in America, and in many European countries. She is also a writer. Her book That Would Be Telyn was published in 2019, and in 2023 she published a book for children in Welsh called Mynd i Weld Nain.

Delyth firmly believes in the potential of live music to enhance people's quality of life, health and well-being, and for this reason she often performs in a variety of healthcare settings from hospitals to care homes and community centres.
