Arthur Bryn has been working as an acoustic solo act for over 10 years across the UK. Curating a large and eclective set list, he is able to tip his cap to music in almost any genre. From show stopping 60's classics to the most recognisable modern hits - his set list can be tailored to your event and requests are very welcome.
Using his acoustic guitar and percussion instruments, Arthur has the ability to deliver both relaxed acoustic sets and up tempo experiences that give the illusion of more than one musician on stage. I've played at iconic venues all across the country, my favourite was the Cavern Club in Liverpool! Amazing atmosphere and I felt part of the amazing history. Apart from that, in 2018 I played at BBC Proms in the park at Eirias Park in Colwyn Bay! Playing on the same stage as the iconic Welsh superstar, Cathertine Jenkins.
I love classic rock bands like the Foo Fighters and The Stereophonics, but I also take influence from a lot of singer songwriters and soul musicians such as Theo Katzman, Stephen Day, Allen Stone and Colin Hay. The greatest song of all time is Bo Rap!
I started gigging at a young age with my band, False Alibi in North Wales. Venturing out on my own, I completed my degree in Popular Music Performance in 2014, from there I have successfully continued to provide entertainment for events up and down the country as well as doing session work.
I love playing birthday parties. All events are great, but there's always a really keen crowd at a brithday party!
I normally arrive 1-2 hours before the performance starts, depending on set up. I'll perform either x2 45 minute sets or x2 60 minute sets, usually I will play a little longer or shorter depending on the day, but usually this is what most people want.
I am more than happy to perform outside providing you can give me access to power and ensure the area can be kept dry.
If you give plenty of notice, I am more than happy to take requests, but I like to limit this to 5-6 songs to ensure you get the best. I am happy for you to review my current set list and tailor that to your wants as well!
