When you book a band you will usually be asked for a start and end time. The start time is the time the performer(s) are required to be set up and ready to begin. Each band takes a different amount of time to set up – please see profile pages for more details. If you require the band to setup earlier in the day there may be an “early setup” charge. The band will finish playing at the end time and will need to pack up immediately. Remember to check whether the band need a sound check – if they do they will require use of the room they are performing in with no guests present. Sound checks / setup normally take 30 mins up to 2 hours depending on the size of the band.
