Yes – you can turn off the option on your enquiry form which asks the customer to specify their maximum budget.
To turn on/off the maximum budget option:
- Log in to your account.
- Click “Edit listing“.
- Click “About your act“
- Find the “Do you want to ask customers for a budget?” option and change as required.
- Click “Save changes“.
You may still receive some enquiry forms that include a maximum budget if customers have submitted multiple enquiries using our favourites system.
