To turn on text alerts:

1. Visit my account and click “text alert settings” in your listing options.
2. Under “settings” select “on for all enquiries” (if you wish to receive a text message for every enquiry) or “on for urgent enquiries” (to receive text messages only for urgent enquiries).
3. Make sure the phone number is correct (if not, type the correct phone number).
4. Click “save“.

To turn text alerts off:

• To turn text alerts off select “OFF for ALL enquiries” and click save.

Please note:

• If you have more than one listing you only need to set up the text alerts once. The settings will then be used by all other listings in your account.
• The mobile number you save will be shown in the “Your contact details” section of my account.
