Will I lose my listing data / details when it expires or will it be stored?
If you allow your listing to expire you will NOT lose your content. Everything is saved (photos / audio / listing details etc.) and you can re-activate your listing whenever you choose in the future. Occasionally we delete very old listings that been inactive for several years to comply with data retention laws.
Displaying text in my listing pictures / photos / videos – is it allowed?
We discourage any text at all in photos as the photos display in lots of different sizes and shapes depending on the customer’s screen size. How do I change my password / reset a forgotten password?

How do I show urgent enquiries in the search results?
To show urgent enquiries in the search results you must turn on text alerts. This will send a text message alert the instant a message is sent through your listing so you can get back to the customer as quickly as possible. Please see our help article: how to turn text alerts on/off
