"Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio were a fantastic edition to our Burns Night celebrations. From communicating before the event to the actual day, the group were professional and easy to reach. They also went above and beyond what their initial brief by ed by agreeing to toast the haggis – which was met with cheers - and taking suggestions from the crowd for different dances. By the end of the night they felt like part of the ROSL family."

"Well what can I say! I have recently got married and Absolute played for us at our special day! They were amazing! They were so accommodating…. with a LOT of requests given to them beforehand !! They did not disappoint! They sang a range of all songs… there was something for everyone!! !! Everyone is still talking about how good this band were now!!! "We hired It's No Reel Ceilidh Band for our wedding reception in May 2013, and were absolutely delighted with their professionalism, musicianship and the all round show. We appreciated their promptness and efficiency at responding to our queries and questions prior to wedding, and in fact, hiring them was one of the most stress-free and easiest parts of planning our wedding. Our guests were a mixture of seasoned Ceilidhers and complete novices, and everyone commented on how good the band were and what a great evening of dancing it was (the music, dancing and calling were excellent). As someone who took part in many Ceilidh's as a teenager, I have high expectations of what a ceilidh band should sound like, and these were met and far exceeded by Tom and the boys. We would heartily recommend 'It's No Reel' to anyone planning a Ceilidh no matter what the occasion. Thanks for a fabulous and memorable evening of dancing."

"Well, we can only start this review with a great big W*O*W!! With our wedding party half irish, half cornish we knew it was gonna be a good ol knees up and how lucky we were to have stumbled across The Wild Murphys!! You guys made our wedding reception and we are sooo thankful you were mad enough to drive all of the way to Cornwall to bring the party to us!! You got everyone up dancing and having a fabulous time, your set up on stage looked fab with your Wild Murphys banner and the lighting was fab and to have the original trio together meant you all had a great time yourselves too! We can't thank you enough ~ if anyone is in any way hesitant on booking these guys, don't be ~ they are polite, friendly and their mantra seems to only be that they want everyone to have a great time which is exactly what you get! Whoop whoop!"
